My Well-being

My Well-being Online Support Team

We are the new 11-19 My Well-being online support team, Lesley Dougan, Laura Woodburne, Rebecca Hall and Sue Hall.

The team offers online, email emotional well-being support to young people aged 11-19 years who either live in, or attend school or college in the West Cheshire Area. We offer low level emotional wellbeing and psychological support (which does not meet the threshold for accessing CAMHS) around a range of issues which may include, low mood, stress, anxiety, bullying, bereavement.

We are all experienced practitioners; our backgrounds include school nursing; developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Conditions, ADHD; Learning Disability, CAMHS, counselling, adult mental health and bereavement.

As a team, we sit within the 5-19 Health and Well-being Service but have strong links with colleagues in CAMHS through the tier 2 CAMHS team and their manager, Sophie Holt.

We only accept self-referrals from young people themselves by them completing the online contact form (available from ).

We DO NOT accept referrals from professionals, parents or carers; or referrals made in any other way.
