In line with government guidelines Great Sutton Medical Centre have enabled patients to view online, export and print detailed coded information held in their own records as part of Patient Access.
Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday.
To apply for access to your medical records, please request a questionnaire from reception next time you are at the practice.
